Riverside Rebels is a fun and friendly running group with different sessions running from Monday to Thursday in Walton on Thames.
New term starts the week beginning 12th April

Sessions are designed for people of all shapes and sizes who want to laugh, learn and run together in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere.
The 10 week 0-5k programme is perfect for complete beginners or those of you who might have tried before but struggled alone and given up. With a combination of fun exercises, walking and running, over the course of 10 weeks it will take you from sofa to superstar with manageable and enjoyable sessions you can take at your own pace.
They also offer 5k maintenance and 5-10k courses for those who would like to work on improving their speed, distance or technique. Each 10-week programme costs £60 and includes a weekly training plan with suggested run workouts and useful advice for beginners plus a free Riverside Rebels t-shirt.
As well as the weekly training sessions led by the England Athletics trained run-leaders and coaches, there are also relaxed, optional social runs Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings – which are included in your programme fee.

I never thought I would join a running club but here I am. Out every week in the dark and freezing cold of January, at the start of a ten week beginners course.
